Webinar Details

New York State Paid Family Leave came with a steep learning curve for employers. This 60-minute webinar explains how the law defines paid family leave and how it affects your organization.

You'll review the legislation and what it means in practice, how the process works, the filing procedure and forms, an overview of penalties, and how the leave was rolled out. The session also looks at how Paid Family Leave relates to the FMLA and other types of leave, and the cause-and-effect relationship between them for your organization.
