Webinar Details

Competitive offers and shorter tenure make employee retention harder for many organizations. This 60-minute retaining top talent webinar covers practical methods to solve retention problems, reduce attrition and raise employee satisfaction.

You'll look at how tenure has changed over the past several decades and hear the results of a 14-month research study on what Gen Y employees look for in an employer, and how that differs from earlier generations.

The session also explains the lifetime value of an employee, how to address attrition in your workforce, and how to apply the TALENT model to your organization, with time for your questions.

WHY SHOULD YOU ATTEND?

Millennials change jobs often and attrition rates are high, so the retention methods that once worked may no longer be enough. This webinar helps HR professionals check whether they are using the most effective approaches.

You'll learn what drives younger employees to stay and a model you can apply to keep your best people engaged.
